North Carolina Medicaid: Use casting supplies code A

As a reminder, you must use code A when billing for casting supplies purchased for North Carolina Medicaid members. Claims submitted with the CMS billing code Q will be denied for non-compliance with North Carolina Medicaid and must be resubmitted as a claim correction.
